- Minimally invasive treatment of dental cavities
Atraumatic Restorative Treatment / ART is a therapeutic method recognized by the WHO in 1994 that is based on the noninvasive principle of the complete preservation of healthy tissues and the removal of degraded dental tissues from dental cavities after their softening using biological gels with detergent qualities to the healthy dental tissue or as close as possible to them. Milling is no longer necessary, a curette-teaspoon Black and washing with antiseptics are sufficient. The filling materials come from the new generations of Glasionomers.
- Endodontic drainage without a dental cutter or incision
Endodontic drainage – in the case of dental abscesses – is performed similarly to ART therapy, the only difference is that removal of degraded tissues is done in order to open and depressurize the pulp chamber from putrefaction/ fermentation gases without the need of a dental milling cutter! After drainage and endodontic lavage, the Happydent Family team closes it – in the same session the tooth in question – removing the pain and avoiding recurrence.
