The safety of our patients and that of HappyDent team has always been a priority to us!

Therefore, during the period declared as a state of emergency, March 16-April 15 HappyDent remains at your service

Besides the standard rules for the prevention of nosocomial infections, we will organize our activity only for emergency receptions and based on additional rules for the prevention of COVID-19

  • The triage of emergencies is done by phone at 0743205200
  • A specialist dentist will listen to you and assess by telephone the risk of cross-transmission of COVID-19, the severity of the dental emergency, and whether or not treatment may be delayed.
  • You may receive advice or a recommendation for antibiotics or painkillers (age-appropriate painkillers or diagnoses) to encourage you to stay at home.
  • If the treatment cannot be postponed or advised over the phone then you will be scheduled for an intervention.
  • The door is closed – so don’t come to the dental office without strict scheduling. If you have arrived earlier or there is already a patient in the waiting room then wait in the car. Door handles will be rigorously disinfected after each patient.
  • Only one attendant will be admitted to the waiting room.
  • You will complete a questionnaire at your own liability.
  • Only treatments that can be performed with alternative non-aerosolizing methods (without dental milling cutter) will be treated.
  • Other types of emergency treatments – which do not fall under these conditions – will be directed to UPU Cluj.

We count on your respect and collaboration because together we are stronger!
See you soon!
