Considering the provisions of art. 1 of the Military Ordinance no. 2/2020 on measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which provide for the temporary suspension of the activity of dental offices, except for emergency treatments, in conjunction with the Decisions of the National Executive Bureau of CMSR no. 11 / 3BExN / 2020, no. 13 / 3BExN / 2020 and no. 16 / 3BExN / 2020, we specify that the emergency dental treatments can be performed in public or private dental offices, which comply with the legal regulations in force regarding the prevention and limitation of the spread of COVID-19 infection regarding: office equipment, staffing with appropriate protective equipment, ensuring proper hygiene and disinfection, as well as compliance with the provisions contained in the Plan of Measures for the Prevention and Limitation of Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 spread of COVID-19 in the emergency dental activity.

If you meet these requirements and you want to provide emergency dental treatments, please send, through the legal representative of the office, to the Cluj College of Dentists the statement on your own responsibility (which you can
find here https://cmdr.ro/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/B16A2-2020.03.24-16_3BExN_2020-declaratie.pdf) to be entered in the special Register drawn up for this purpose. The completion of the declaration is made knowing the provisions of art. 326 of the Criminal Code regarding false statements.
Specifications:
at the level of Cluj county, there is currently an office for emergencies at the UPU Cluj-Napoca (Clinicilor Street,
no. 1-3) and an emergency center is being finalized for dental treatments in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Avram Iancu, Nr. 31.
In the current conditions, the population and our patients, are in great need of our involvement.
Please actively support, through direct involvement and the organization of other offices that can provide emergency treatment to the exigency of current requirements, according to the information presented above.
The Cluj College of Dentists supports the development of these emergency activities by the dentists who want to get involved voluntarily, by providing protective equipment.
